margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px;">垃圾分类市场潜力巨大，成产业新风口</p><p style="word-wrap: break-word; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px;">近期，支付宝与微信上的垃圾分类相关小程序大受欢迎。7月4日，淘宝紧随支付宝，宣布在“扫一扫”功能中新增AI智能识别垃圾功能，希望能够通过海量的用户使用来帮助训练AI。</p><p style="word-wrap: break-word; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px;">在此之前，垃圾分类行业一直以来较少受到外界关注。从过往的投融资数据来看，这一行业的热度显现出不断下降的趋势。根据创投数据网站IT桔子的统计显示，2016年垃圾分类行业的投资事件数量共计1386起，但是到2018年只有约700起；在融资总金额上下滑幅度接近50%。</p><p style="word-wrap: break-word; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px;">但治理垃圾所面临的压力不容小觑。国泰君安分析师徐强在研报中指出，信息化分类垃圾存必要性，居民在产生垃圾时没有任何约束，垃圾产量迅速上升带来治理与产能建设负担，垃圾的不合规处置给社会带来了多方位的外部性成本，包括地沟油问题以及成为非洲猪瘟疫情的推手。</p><p style="word-wrap: break-word; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px;">新规的出台为创业公司在政策上指明了道路，而小程序无疑是当下最合适的载体。垃圾分类产业小程序目前主要有两种，一种以帮助用户科普、分类识别为主，另一种是提供回收服务。记者注意到，部分提供垃圾回收服务的创业公司在2018年下半年已开始连续获得国内上市公司的巨额投资。</p><p style="word-wrap: break-word; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px;">“垃圾分类的直观结果是干垃圾变少，湿垃圾的分类处理量、可回收物利用量增加。随着垃圾分类服务项目逐渐增加，政策的助力将带来市场需求的释放，预计到2020年垃圾分类服务全国市场规模超过610亿元。”安信证券分析师邵琳琳在研报中表示。而根据东方证券预计，垃圾分类市场规模超1960亿元。</p><p style="word-wrap: break-word; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px;">逐鹿资本副总裁卓威舜对蓝鲸TMT记者表示，从为老百姓提供服务的角度来说，能为老百姓解决分类认知、投放垃圾的便利性的公司可能有一定机会，但要注意服务的价值和成本以及项目的长期性。</p><p style="word-wrap: break-word; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px;">“从垃圾处理这端来说，垃圾分类政策改善了之前很多垃圾处理项目的核心问题，对这方面的从业者来说是重大利好的。垃圾处理之后，衍生出的回收再利用领域，也就自然产生了更有可能性和更有效率的机会了。”他表示。</p><p style="word-wrap: break-word; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px;">在可回收领域，支付宝给出了一组数据，在其分类回收平台上线的半年里，已服务全国200万人，其中，回收最多的为旧衣，总重量超20万公斤。阿里旗下同样还有C2C的二手闲置平台咸鱼，加上与淘宝App的打通，进一步完善产业链。</p><p style="word-wrap: break-word; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px;">支付宝、微信争夺新入口，AI识垃圾尚需提升相关技术</p><p style="word-wrap: break-word; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px;">“各大平台在今年上半年都在加速推动小程序的能力释放。小程序进一步实现对中国移动互联网群体的全面覆盖，推动了移动互联网的全民化进程，在连接线上线下方面，小程序的优势凸显。”阿拉丁研究院在2019年上半年小程序行业研究报告中点评道。</p><p style="word-wrap: break-word; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px;">从支付宝的小程序布局来看，其面临的最大挑战无疑来自微信。在2017年1月微信发布小程序后，2018年9月，支付宝宣布正式成立小程序事业部，全面对接阿里生态，并计划3年投入10亿元作为创新基金。</p><p style="word-wrap: break-word; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px;">支付宝小程序事业部总经理管仲则称，支付宝小程序将与mpass、生活号等技术产品等共同组成蚂蚁金服的移动技术开放。不难看出，小程序已经由最开始致力于推出某一款爆品，演变成巨头们的生态之争。</p><p style="word-wrap: break-word; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px;">垃圾分类小程序显然已成为巨头在智慧城市布局上的另一处缩影。一方面，作为用户本地生活服务上一块刚需，其本身意味着一个巨大的流量入口；另一方面，服务用户的好坏与否反过来也体现出作为国民级应用，其在参与社会基础建设等方面的能力。</p><p style="word-wrap: break-word; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px;">不过，在微信与支付宝争夺这一入口背后，部分相关小程序仍然存在识别率不高等问题，从侧面体现出未来分类产业上的竞争将主要围绕数据，某种程度看也是“得数据者得天下”。</p><p style="word-wrap: break-word; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px;">记者在微信小程序中注意到，目前已有数款小程序支持语音识别或图像识别垃圾的方式。在一款名为“垃圾分类向导”的小程序内，记者分别用知名品牌的矿泉水及不知名品牌的订书机进行测试，发现结果存在一定出入。前者以较快的速度进行了准确识别，而订书机多角度测试下难以给出确定答案，且每次所提供的可能选项不同。</p><p style="word-wrap: break-word; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px;">在淘宝“扫一扫”中，记者也得到了类似的结果。对于记者测试时所试验的莲蓬，识别结果显示无法识别；而对于黑色中性笔，识别出结果则为打蛋器，当记者第二次非常靠近中性笔前端时，应用才能将其准确识别。</p><p style="word-wrap: break-word; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px;">根据艾媒《2018中国小程序发展环境分析》中的数据显示，2017年国内小程序共计58万个，2018年预计超过200万个，2019年预计超过650万个，到2020年预计将超过1400万个。另一方面，小程序用户规模将从2017年的2.1亿人上升到2020年的预期8.5亿人。</p><p style="word-wrap: break-word;
